GGG BMP

Finished my GGG BMP circuit. Housed in an old USA BMP box I had. The old board didn't work and was pretty messed up looking. I inherited it from a friend. Took out the old board and wired the new one up. It was nice. Didn't need pots or jacks or a switch. Works beautifully, like it quite a bit better than my real USA BMP.  Now it's time to move onto the GGG Tubescreamer. I think I'm going to build it with the SD1 specs from the Mod. sheet on their site, maybe not. I still need to check it out and order some switches. GGG's stuff so far has been great. Their boards look great, are easy to use. Their layouts are easy to read and work. Later.

Oh man, you should try the schematic as provided by thundertomate of a 1981 BMP; I modded my NYC into that and it sounds so much better

Isn't that a "Triangle BM"  ? ( just had a quick look 0.1's everywhere )
If so, I built one from the tonepad schem and it does sound wonderful

The 81' just has a lot of 1µF caps where GGG's has .1µFs.

A bit more bass-heavy perhaps.

Yes, that is true, but it has a very nice tone
