MT-2 Mod help. Metal film Caps and .047uf

Hey I was reading about this little mod and was wanting to do it, but I have no idea where I would get the parts. The mod I was wanting to do is:

Remove C25 and C35
Replace C34 with .047uf (what the heck is .o47uf?)
Replace 1uf electrolytic caps with Metal Film Caps.

So I need one .047uf and How many metal film caps do I need?

I was thinking about this mod because it removes the nasal sound (I dont even know what nasal sounds sound like, but I heard that people dont like them so I dont too)

Also what else could I do to get more sustain and better harmonics?

I am a newb at this but have experience with a soldering Iron.

Where do I buy metal film caps and a .047uf ?

And Do I need a mt-2 schematic so I know where all the stuff is.

How much is this little mod going to coast?

I am a newb and need all the help I can get. Sorry for asking so many questions.
