... prod #?

I really like the Hammond 1590DD it's about that size IIRC... you can search mouser for "Hammond 1590DD" to get the details, there are a number of Hammond 1590 enclosures if you search their cataloge.

Man, that 1590N1 enclosure should be sold by DIY/builder sites. I find it has some ideal dimensions:
121mm x 66mm x 35mm.
It's 1cm (0.4") longer than a 1590B, meaning easier room for a battery or for a slightly larger PCB.
It's 6mm (0,25") wider than a 1590B, meaning it's easier for larger enclosed jacks to oppose, possibly with room for a LED holder in between.
It's about 7mm higher, a great size to mount small PCB's vertically, for a battery to have ample room or for PCB's to be above the potmeters.

I know the 125-B enclosures (from Taiwan) come close, but for some reason those seem TOO high for me.
The ultimate enclosure would be 120mm x 65mm x 30mm (without bottom plate).
Meanwhile @ TGP:

i think 125-b IS the ultimate enclosure  ;D

it looks too big, but it's actually very easy to step on...
