Capacitors in seeing eye mod for DS-1

Do the capacitors mentioned in the seeing eye mod have to have the exact dialectrics mentioned? And if so could someone point me to a website i could get them from (in the UK). We only have one very small electronics shop here, and im not sure how common some of the caps are and if he would have them
