A friend mailed me the circuit board of a really old electric mistress so i could add a footswitch and put it in a box for him.
i received it today and i noticed it was also missing the power supply and it was bigger than i expected.

was the power supply of the original built in? and is it 18V DC or AC?

the biggest problem is to find a proper housing tough. i can't find any housings that are big enough enless they are WAY too big. any ideas where to get one?

i'll post a pic of the PCB in the evening.

OK (because that one did not have a "PSU" build in).

I have a pic of a 9V version if you want..... I rehoused mine to a very small box

this is what i got:

http://sic.fotopic.net/p25033343.html

i know the connections of the 18V and the switches now.
as soon as i find a suitable enclosure i'll get it working.

iside pics would still be nice but i can do without now.
