schematic newbie question

i have figured out everything but that so far, and i cant find it on any of the key's or guides i have looked at.

looks like a ground symbol.   It may be for case grounding. If I saw the schematic you were working from, it would help immensely.

i've seen it on a few schematics, i had a hunch it was a ground, so case ground makes sense.
