I use Krylon clear coat spray paint but it smells really bad even after it dried! is this normal?, any solution?

It will for quite some time.
It takes a LONG time for all the solvents to completely disappear, and during that time it will stink a bit....

Think of clear coat, or any paint for that matter, as being like a frozen river in the winter time.  The top may be hard and support hundreds of skaters, but underneath it is still liquid and able to allow fish to swim about freely.  What you feel on a seemingly dry surface is the "ice".  What you smell is the water underneath, escaping bit by bit through the surface.

One of the things that thin coats does is allow that hard part to extend all the way from outside surface to the "bottom" of the paint or laquer.  Baking  has the effect of "freezing" the laquer/paint all the way from top to bottom.  One othe reasons that medium temperature in paint baking ovens is preferred is that it doesn't "flash-freeze" the outside and make it harder for chemicals that need to escape during curing to do so.
