Ordering AMZ-cd rom outside U.S. of A?

Hello Jack and other site gurus!

First of all, thank you for the great site and forum.
I'm a 25yo pedalhead from FINLAND and I've been wondering what would it cost to order a AMZ-cd rom
to Finland? What I read from your ordering instructions, there was something like this:
"send a extra dollar for shipping outside USA". Is it really just one dollar?
Do I really have to send you cash by mail? (doesn't sound very safe to send cash in a letter overseas... ) Is Paypal the only other method?
And the final guestion: If I send you 26 US-dollars in a tight sealed envelope, how long does it take to get the AMZ-cd here north.
Weeks, months, years, decades...? Do you send it via airmail? (or do you really SHIP those...)

Does it only cost $1 more?  Depends on the country, usually more but  I absorb any small difference...

I have sent several to Finland without a problem.  It can take up to 2 weeks to arrive but usually less.
