What soft did you use to create the pcb? Could you send me the project files?

And btw - any suggestions on wiring a SPDT switch for changing R16 between those 3 values?
Or should I just wire a 100k lin pot (in series with 10k resistor)?

You need an On/Off/On switch middle would be 10k other side 37k (Or Closest value) other side 90k (Or Closest value)

Edit: Crap they would be in parallel wouldn't they so 100k in the middle, 100k on one side and 10k on the other.

she got me the press only..which will only take a dremel drill....arghhhhhhhhhhhh..what a bastard!....and it looks rubbish..plasticy...going to ebay it.. (this was my face xmas day>

i have a minicraft drill which is excellent anyway, so ive been looking for a minicraft drill press...i found one online..around 40quid, and it will fit any mini drill..

i wish women would ask what tools you would like...arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

back to doing my pcbs on my table again...for now...

just to top off my xmas day, she bought me call of duty black ops, which my pc wont run...ha ha...merry f*****g xmas...

still its made me look into upgrading my prehistoric pc...

i can get an intel 3ghz dual core, 4gb 1333mhzddr3 ram...and moboard for 135quid...not bad..

1gb graphicscard for 47quid..so roughly 180quid for a nice pc...(that also plays call of f****g duty)....sigh!.

its just all the agro of reinstalling and setting up my pc as is, thats gonna be a s**t.....bloody women....argghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........................

on the positive side though, a nice clean smooth running pc....i hope.

4-Knob? Where's the 4th coming from? It's not that complicated to do the switch though if you want I can help you.

Gain, Tone, Level, and... let's say Scoop? Or maybe Contour? I can handle wiring the switch, but this way (with the pot) it can be more versatile, don't you think? If it fails, maybe I'll just use rotary switch. ;p

Change R16 Between
10k - Scooped
47k - Flat Mids
100k - Mids Hump

using a pot.
I bet it's almost the same way in BSIAB2, but I heard it's not free of 'bugs' there.

I recently built the BSIAB2 with the Contour mod and I must say that I am quite pleased with it. The only problem I have is that you MUST adjust the Volume & Gain pots to get an output. (This is in the original circuit.... not just with the Contour mod) I really dont like this but, it is not worth the hassle to figure out a work around. All-in-all a GREAT PEDAL with the mod though.

Well, I bet 'contour' is not always the same. If it was a simple 'mid' controler it wouldn't deserve to be named in other way ;p
But yes, most 'contour' controls I met were just adjusting some of the mids In my previous amp, the Marshall MG 50DFX, it just acted like a reversed middle pot with a bigger freq range. Contour on 0 - kinda rock/country sound. Contour on 10 - ultra satan scoop.

No, it isn't for now. But it's a matter of time. Even I'm planning to build (and by the way verify) that thing, but someone other may do it first.
