hey guys,

total newb when it comes to opamps (or electronics theory in general :D )

i was checking out this schematic for a chool looking pedal called the Dr. Quack
http://www.muzique.com/schem/quack.gif

Tell me if im reading the IC right:
(using a tl072 as my opamp)
for IC1a, the + and - in the triangle represent pins 3 and 2, respectively (In+, In -)
the tip of the triangle represents pin 1 (out1)
and the ground symbol coming from the middle of the triangle represents grounding pin 4

for IC1b the + and - represent pins 5 and 6, the tip represents pin 7, and i should ground pin 8?

Thanks alot for the help

??? ??? 8)

Always consult the ever knowing datasheet:

BTW pin 8 is power, pin 4 is ground. ;)
