Headphone amp for piezo pickup

Hi guys I make sch for a friend. This is headphone preamp for guitar with piezo pickup. It's based on flipster (output cap is higher for flat frequency responce) and headphone preamp i PAiA site.

What you think? On simulation all is OK...
Any other ideas for headphone preamp for piezo

I don't see why you couldn't use a little gem as a headphone amp for that.
