I sent a PM awhile back also. Didn't get a reply but don't want to bug someone who's very busy. ( i know the feeling) On the other hand, I'm just dying to get my hands on a copy of this book, as i hear its very good.

I'm going to chime in and paste some text that I found using the Search function:

The email address is imgonnaimbed.my.mail@inthismess@keenatgeofexdotcom@awhole@messa.stuff to keep the spambots from sending me even more junk. The real email is between the two middle "at" signs, and replace the letters "at" with the at sign, and the letters "dot" with a period.  I don't know why I bother - the spammers get you anyway.

I'm posting this reply only because I ordered this book a couple of years ago and found it very informative and valuable.  I don't think that I'm violating RG's privacy--if I am, please forgive me, no malice was intended.
