Changing polarity on Eq 700

I know it's kind of a new thing, but all my pedals have inverse polarity.
this one uses the center pin of the DC Jack as V-.
I'd like if I could change the polarity inside the pedal, as opposed to having one inverted daisy plug polarity.
[Yupp I needed an Eq bad so I got a Behringer]. And agree with the reviews, it's an Eq, has boost, not real noisy, works great too, came with a fresh tasting battery.
I guess it's Neg Gnd., and the box is shielded, so that applying power to it is ok with all my other neg gnd pedals.
I couldn't really even get the thing open to look inside without feeling like I was about to break it. Is there a trick to opening up from the bottome without damaging anything?

I have a couple of the Behringer pedals too (including the EQ you're talking about) and was wondering the same thing...about changing the polarity...

To take the pedal apart, I simply took off the battery cover, took off the slider lever tips, unscrewed the two screws on the back of the unit, unscrewed the two screws on the bottom of the unit and it came apart without any force at all.
There are then three screws that hold the circuit board in place.

I haven't yet rewired mine for + tip, but I think I may do it to save some hassle on my part.

Very old post, my EQ melted, July 3rd of last year.

Yeah; I knew it was old, but thought it was a post that asked a question that wasn't answered - so I figured I'd throw my input in to help clarify at least the part about taking the pedal apart.
