electrolytics in electra distortion

i finally got the parts to build the electra, and but i only have one ceramic cap.(.1uF). so can i use an electrolytic cap instead of the other ceramic one? if so, which way does the positive and negative sides go?

the postive side should go towards the 1n34a diode as the + electrons are always trying to get back to the - . i hope that helps. enjoy.
