Hey guys- so I'm off on a dano mini rehouse roject, and it's going pretty well. I've got 3 out of 6 boxes ready to be installed- but need help for the last 3.

Basically, what I need to figure out is how to defeat the switching so I can true bypass them all. I've already figured out the tuna melt, french toast, and corned beef, but just fried my chili dog trying to figure it out (I'm getting a new one), and am intimidated by the pb&j and rocky road. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to bypass those 3?

What I am doing to the pedals- I am true bypassing them with toggle switches (the whole box will be bypassed from my looper), putting each in a feedback loop, removing the pots and switches from the board and wiring them so they are all in 2 lines, and adding a volume control for the rocky road and the whole board.

The few that I have seen have a logic IC driving the switching IC, usually a 4013 drving a 4053. Find the 4013 then follow the outputs to the 4053. You can then rewire that to be on all the time.

OK- I've been working on it and you're right, the 4013 > 4053 combo is pretty common. I figured it out for pedals that use them- now I'm working on the rocky road, which doesn't have a 4013 or a 4053,and the pb&j, which has a 4013- I haven't messed with the pb&j too much.

I'll post the solutions I find when I'm done.

I have a PB&J and it uses the 4013/4053 setup. Looking forward to the results.
