Pots for a Condor Cab Simulator?.

Hi.

I'm about to order parts for a Condor Cab Simulator and in the part list there is a "10k A" for the volume, what does the A stand for?. For the gain a "1k L" is recommended, what does the L stand for. I guess one should be a Linear and the other Log but i'm not shure. Anybody who can help me with this?.

L denotes linear taper and A stands for audio, or log, taper.
