He made some looking nice amps too. He posted over at ax84 that he used galvanized sheet metal that he found in a neighbor's barn for that "aged rusted" look. :icon_wink:

Really nice work. I saw where you made a pedal box out of a chestnut floor beam (beautiful) from a West Virginia farmhouse and decide to further investigate. Anyway, I looked at your photography page and decided that you have to live in West Virginia and was wondering what part? If I'm wrong I'll be shocked because it sure looks like West Virginia hills to me. I'm currently living in West Virginia so I see it everyday. Anyway, please tell me if I'm right or wrong because curiosity has gotten the better of me. Again really nice work.

It looks like the Chestnut Box was 'dug out' as opposed to 'made' with peices...the grain follows from the top down the sides it looks like...
And BTW, once again I get to type 'Wood is my Favorite Color'.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

I like that oak with dark stain one, very nice. This weekend, I think I'm going to do something with the wood enclosure that Chad Hamilton sent me a while back.  :icon_cool:

Just to avoid confusion, I need to point out that that isn't my website, pictures, or pedals! I just thought they looked cool and thought others might enjoy them. ;)

Take care,
Brian
