SOS! I modded my BD2 and now it won't even power up?..

Hi all,

I did the usual diode swap and cap upgrade, but when I put it all back together, the moment I hit the switch, the led flashes weakly and doesn't engage the pedal?..

Any and all opinions and suggestions welcome.

Go back and recheck all the componants you replaced.  Make sure your solder joins ar solid and the connections are correct.  Make sure you didn't damage something else in the process( i've burned through many a wires with my soldering iron.)

The best way to do these kind of "mods" is to check it by a quick power up and plugin
after every change ! ( less to check through if it goes wrong )
Sorry, hindsight is a wonderful thing, but its how I do all of mine
I'm sure if you go back over it, you'll find the error ..
