Problem for stereo jack enclosed

hello everybody,
I have a problem concerning the welding of a stereo jack enclosed like that :



I do not understand where i had to weld my wires! 
could somebody help me on this subject?

Whenever I have this problem, I get a multimeter and a stereo plug.
Then I check which pin connects to any other pin, before putting the plug in.
Then I put the plug in, and see what pins connect to other pins now, also what pins connect to the various parts of the jack.
Nobody can really say for sure what is what from the picture.. because different jacks, can have different arrangements!
By the way, your english is good enough for here!

i will tried your method with the multimeter and the plug!
i'm a beginner in building stompbox and it's a little bit hard for me !!! but i work hard for this !!!
my plug have got 8 pins on bottom and 1 on the edge ! they'll gonna make me crazy !!!!!!!!
