I did the following mod [with mouser part numbers]:

C1, C15, C6, C13, C7 10UF TANTALUM (I had these)
Circle on board is negative, plus on top of tantalum is positive.
C14, C34 .1UF METAL FILM [5989-250V.1-F]
C36, C35 .047 METAL FILM [5989-250V.047-F]
C20, C25 100PF SILVER MICA [5982-15-500V100]
C21, C23 47PF SILVER MICA [5982-5-300V47]
C22 220PF SILVER MICA [5982-15-500V220]
C100 (ON TONE POT CIRCUITBOARD) .033UF & .068UF
[5989-250V.033-F] [5989-250V.068-F]
Switch to go between the two caps above [1055-TA1330]
D9 – install jumper

When the distortion is all the way up, the pedal is just a hair distorted. Someone who purchased this pedal already modded said theirs was very distorted when all the way up. I thought my build was perfect, I can't see any shorts in the solder drops, I was very careful about putting the tants in the correct way, any suggestions???

Thanks.

Toney

Cant help you with that info, but for the future, Wampcat pointed out one of the simplest and often overlooked points with modding...... play and test at every component replacement stage!
Like getting your eyes tested.......better or worse?

In Boss bd2 keely mod (fat mod), C100  capacitor has two alternatives (ON TONE POT CIRCUITBOARD) .033UF and .068UF

What is difference between .033uf and .068uf sounds?
Which cap is suitable for fat mod?
