need help please booster clone pedal

Ok,
I just finished building this booster clone. hopefully i will be able to attach the pics
I need help finding out what type of transistors this pedal takes hopefully someone will be so kind as to walk me through it

the pedal is a booster with volume and gain and a presence control


any help would be greatly appreciated

Look similar to metal can BC109's from that last pic.  Is there a schem for it?

I just sketched a layout using the original

i was going to try some bc109
i have quite a few
i just didn't want to fry anything

ok
i tried some pnp nte 100 voltage was too low on the emitter and no sound
i tried some npn si trannys 2n2222 type and i got no signal passing but lots of hiss
the pedal seems to be working
when changing the volume pot i can hear a change sounds like a scratchy pot (dc? )

any ideas
