Requesting some ExpressPCB custom components...

I need to put some trimpots on a pcb, but there's no provision for trimpot pads... anyone have any?

It has them. Look up Potentiometer - Bourns series XXXXX. The ones smallbear has are 3386P but it has other ones too.
