Quad op amp cab sim?

The Condor Cab Sim (http://runoffgroove.com/condor.html) uses two dual op amps. Is there any reason not to use a quad op amp?  I ask because I happen to have one.

I think it's because they didn't have a quad op-amp available at the moment of designing it. I presume it'll be just fine.

there is a diferece if you decouple the supply pins of a quad op amp ?

I built my condor with a quad opamp, it works great.
