Tone pad ross phaser filtering but NOT phasing, please HELP! SOLVED

   Just a  case of reversed electro caps... my fault, my fault... I love this pedal!

Ok, I built  the ross phaser from tone pad, I TRIPLR checked the traces and everything and the pedal is not phasing.

  I get a nice filter if I turn the  pots but the pedal's not phasing by itself, I feel the effect is there the only thing missing is the UP and DOWN of the phaser.

  Also, I used regular 500k pots and on the built instructions they are marked 500k-C what are these? could this be the reason?


Can anybody help me?  thanks in advance.

the C in 500k C refers to a reverse log pot.  you can get those from small bear, or you can wire the lugs backwards. the pot will then work the other way.  It's not exactly reverse log, but close.  However, that probably wont fix your problem. hope it helped at least
