MXR Phase 100 Reissue Optocouplers

Hi all,

I've been trying to source a replacement optocoupler for my busted MXR Phase 100 reissue. One of the optocouplers went open cct on the LED side. I believe it is manufactured by Silonex and its part number is NSL 39V31. 1995 is marked on the underside. It has two leads coming from the LED side and THREE leads coming from the CELL side. I have been unable to locate a supplier for this part and the part number can not be found even on Silonex's site.

Does anyone know who can supply this item or equivalent and be able to ship to Brisbane, Australia?
