Identifying a cap

Can anyone ID this cap. I've seen it in some "higher end" amps and pedals, but the funny thing is I bought it a RS (for $1.29!!) Iknow Rs carries some Alpha stuff and i've done some looking at Mouser but I have not seen anything.

I think the "k" is to do with the voltage. "j" is usually more common caps we use around here.
edit: may also be the tolerance

probably metallized polyester, and K = 10% tol., so .1, 10% tol. 'J' would be 5%, 'F' was 1%(IIRC).

Does anybody know if these can be bought at Mouser or somewhere else. I can't believe that well known amp makers and pedal builders are buying them from RS at 1.29 ea.
