DOD electronic switch problems... HELPPP!!

Hi, I just powered on a electronic switch according to the file at Hammer´s, (DODswitch), and,  not working good...
In bypass is OK, when engaged, only hum and when i strum the guitar, I hear just the note´s attack faintly through the hum, and the led doesn´t turn on. The FX works Ok, is the only thing in the chain (GTR>FX>AMP). I made the PCB from a post by Difedetry. Could it be wrong?

Anybody ever made this? Mark? Difedetry?

Bioroids, estas ahi? Construiste alguna vez el maldito switch? probaste tu diseño del PCB? Lei por ahi que no estabas seguro de que estaba bien, yo igual probe hacerlo... lo estuve mirando y no encontre ningun error, pero no soy ningun experto...

En cuanto al switch, a cual te referis?
