I was listening to the sound clips tonight and I was wondering if it was a TS based pedal. Does anyone know?

its a opamp based circuit with mosfet/ge diode clippers, at least the oldest version that was posted. the old/orig schemo is out there.

It's just another screamer variant, but pretty nice IMO. Just little simpler design. No input-, and output buffers, TS-tonecontrol and Mosfet-Ge clippers in FB-loop. Sound is little on the dark side and with humbuckers you really have to max out the tone knob. It would be possible to tweak the tone control and cap values for one's personal taste. I use it with tele and strat for leads, so mostly only with bridge SC PU's. Well suited for that.

Mr. O, you might want to check out the sticky "Avatar and Signature Pic Specifications" topic?

Nothing personal, just warning before Peter runs you down. :D
