Help with the Boss Slow Gear

Hey guys, im having trouble with this project, i got pcb boards done by expresspcb but they had errors, now after checking the board so much i found some of the mistakes and fixed them but its not working, i thought it could be the transistors but they seem to work, the circuit so far lowers all my volume to like a 25% and when i take the 2SK30A it goes back all the way up, now i think   the problem might be that .47uf cap, i used an electrolitic (very old) that i found but i also have a film cap for it. i tried playing with the trimmer but nothing (used a 25K)

its based on the schematics  at zero the hero's website  (toppopiopipionne or watever its called,, i cant spell it! )
