I was admiring the condor project at the ROG site, seems like such a useful tool, I think I'll build one, because I've got a super reverb and a miniMASS I can line out to.
However, I was thinking maybe the Condor could have a second use, and that could possibly help tame or eliminate that horrible piezo tone from acoustic-electrics. Has anybody tried this? Listening to the direct clean sounds, it seems like it could really 'refine' the raunchy tone coming from an acoustic-electric.

Wish  I had an oscilloscope or some good gear to see what kind of waveform these piezo thingies give out, the transient part compared to acoustic sound "that sound good". I have an old cheap small guitar made of plywood, it is made for steel strings but I put nylons on it, and some kind of pickup would be nice so I could play easy melody lines over some backing tracks. What kind of transducer was used on old Ovations, that sounded "neutral" and neat.
