Extension cord connector for pedal board

Hey all... I'm looking for a connector that seems to be a little odd... as in, no one at the electrical supply shops here seem to think they exist.  Problem is, I've seen them before!!

I'm looking for a RECESSED mount AC plug.

It should look like the end of an extension cord that plugs into the wall socket, but its on a panel mount and is recessed.

Basically, they allow you to use any old extension cord as the power cord for whatever it is you are wiring.

I'd like to mount one on my pedal board, so that I can use varying lengths of extension cords for power, instead of using specialized cables or more than one cables (computer power cord + extension cord).

Anyone seem such a beast or who know carries them?
