Need Something quirky

Looking for a easy but quirky project to do next. I've done countless Bazz Fuss, Buzz Box, Lo Fo, Mess 5th gear etc but fancy something a bit less distortion and a bit more well MAD ! LOL I have plenty of 2n3904 , MPSA13 TL072 etc . But no PCB making facilities as yet.

Build Tychobrahe Octavia, its what i'm looking at for my next project. Its a really kind of wild gainy mess of distortiony fuzz. I suppose you could even call it MAD.

How about a tremolo on veroboard?

Goto the 2nd page to find Dragonfly fx. Goto sub album black hole.
There's a couple there.
Or just wade through all the stuff in the gallery 'til you find something you like.

Try the Roger Mayer Octavia. No transformer, uses 3 x MPSA13's & a 2N3906.
No don't know of "The Thing"

I think you mean the "Thing Modulator"... You'll find a bunch if you a search (with the quotes).

In a similar vein, check out jc's nyquist aliaser.
