MXR Phase 90 pedal not working - help

I'm having an issue with my MXR phase 90 pedal. It powers up, the LED switches on and off, but I'm not getting any effect. I get clean signal with the LED on or off.  This is the newer model pedal with the 9v power jack.

Any suggestions?

Sure. You need the schematic and the board layout, then to follow the procedure set out in the sticky "what to do when it doesn't work". There are several things that it could be, but to separate them out you need to use (at least) a DVM to measure some of the points inside to determine what's busted.

There are a couple of different versions of the P90, so it also matters a little which one you have.

Pictures of the top and bottom of the board would help.
