DS-1 Bass mod...

What might I want to do to convert this to bass?  I was thinking of changing the input cap to something more like .47 uF and the tone cap to .047 or so...would that help do you think?

That's actually an incorrect ds-1 schem. The correct one is at http://www.godiksennet.com/default.asp?main=Schematics  -- specifically at http://www.godiksennet.com/images/sch/DS1PG2.jpg

I'd change c3 to a larger cap, perhaps as much as .15uf, .22uf or higher.
Then, I'd change c8 to a 4.7uf. Then, try changing r16 to a 3.3k resistor.

That's a few simple changes anyway, and probably good to start with.
