Some Help for a TB Loooper Style Box

Hey all, I'm new, but did a quick search to find a similar thread. Couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for.

Anyway, I know that Loooper makes True Bypass Effect Loops that have tons of options. Blend controls, volume controls, various LEDs, and most interestingly, a series/parallel control.

Now, the dude who runs Loooper is sick and unable to take orders. That, and it'd be cheaper to make it myself.

How would I go about making one of these loops with a parallel/series option? I want to be able to run some of my effects in parallel.
