I have just completed the AMZ mosfet boost vero layout, i have done everything but include the led. I am getting a boost, but the overall volume of the pedal when bypassed and when boosted is significantly lower than the guitar to the amp with out the pcircuit in between. Will adjusting the 100k make much difference?. I have a fresh battery also. Some suggestions anyone?

by the way it is the buffered version, being a noobie, maybe i should try the  basic version? Although i have checked a million times that the parts are in the right places and the solder joints are very good.

No its a buffered verson but using a 3pdt switch to control the led

I recently did it with TB and it works fine...
Why not TB?

btw, MPF102's sounded better than others (for my ears-setup).

I did the buffered version of the mini booster, and i think the mosfet board is probably the same in the regard that the "buffer" is on Jack's board and is after the booster and before the output pot and much before the output switch.  so it should be TB, and the buffer is there to drive a tone control.
