Not all LED's are working in A/B/Y box?

i finished an A/B/Y box from TheBigMan's layout gallery with the LED's. The only problem is the A Channel LED is the only one that lights up. I double check everything and everything seems to be connected right. Could i use a Bi-Color LED in the place of the A Channel LED that i have in there right now? But what about the Y LED? ANY HELP?
