Big Muff w/AMZ Presence control absolutely KILLS!

I swapped out the Version 2 of the AMZ Presence control and wired up the Version 1 and BAM!!
This thing sounds like a cross between a regular Big Muff and a Boss Metal Zone. The sound is more 70% distortion and 30% fuzz. The fuzzy decay is still there, but it has a more 'organic' sound to it. The Version 1 presence control goes from scooped to flat midrange. With the tone control adjusted, the presence allows for a nicer midrange and fuller sound rather than the (sometimes fizzy/sterile) stock Big Muff.
It doesn't really do that 'Pumpkins' sound now, but it goes well beyond that in terms of usefulness. If you have a Big Muff or are thinking of building one, give this a try.

I gotta admit, I was a little disappointed when it didn't sound exactly like my USA Big Muff that had 'that Big Muff sound', but to me, this is a bit more refined/complex and definitely a winner.
