thanks guys  one more question: for that 200 pF can you use a silver mica cap or does it have to be ceramic.  I am having a hard time finding that value.

  Metal Cap...expensive, probbly tight tolerance on it's value, data sheets/
  Ceramic...probably looser tolerance.
  I'd opt for what I could get, or, non ceramic.
