Hey all.

I'm looking at this brian may treble booster on tone pad.

My mate and I just went out shopping for parts for it but none of the four stores we visited (and the only four in town) stocked at transistor or the FET or anything similar to either!!!
what to do? we can get them ordered soon but can we do without? I'm not sure what they are doing in the circuit so i'm not sure.

thanks in advance

Is that a plastic washing basket?

are you referring to the one inside of the millenium bypass?  if so, you don't need it.  look at tonepad's "offboard wiring" project and use it instead of the parts outlined in red on your layout.

some people prefer the mill. bypass, but i just buy a 3pdt switch.  do you have one?  if you have a dpdt instead, you can either use the millenium bypass, or do without an LED.

hope this helps.
