Hi

I posted this question in the Vintage Amps forum(plexi palace), and a friendly fellow suggested
this forum. I'm new here so please forgive any wrong-doings...
I recently bought an MXR Analog delay, that i'm really happy with.
However, it has been modified with for a regular power supply instead of
230 v(i live in Denmark).
The previous owner told me to feed it 18v, so i have been using two 9v batteries in series. The pedal works this way, but i've become unsure that 18v is not the correct voltage. Does anyone here know about this?
Also, should i get a power supply for it, if so which one, or should i have it modified back to 230 v?
Kind regards Jazzman

18v is the correct voltage for this, i guess he just had the internal PSU removed, so he could power it
from a pedal board and NOT have another 230v socket trailing around.

Pick up an 18v PSU , this guy sells them around europe for a reasonable price : www.owenelectronics.co.uk/30247.html
£16.99 + postage switchable 9v/12v/15v/18v and 800 ma

That should be fine and cheaper than a complete re-fit of the 230v section.

Marty.
