Here are a few schematics from the past.

I always wanted to try some of them, but never found the time to do  layouts for them.

Maybe someday. But I decided to post them in case it can inspire someone else in search of a project. The site is almost dead, but the schematics are still available.

You have to right-click on them to save them.

From this oldpage:

I always have problems finding the site again when I want to check the schematics, and don't find them on my PC, so that's why I posted all of them. Save the schematics that you find interesting, because they can be gone some day.

Marty's right.

With Angelfire and the likes, you have to copy the link to images first and save or paste them to use the address.

The idea I didn't see often is having a noise-gate in a distortion circuit.

I also like his use of MOSFETs.

Also check the gain control in the preamp. I used that idea in one of my circuits.
