bass tone control

Is there a way to have a tone control on the guitar that effects bass freq. instead of treb. freq.? Would it be as easy as a different cap?

If my memory is good, that's how you can add a Bass Control to a guitar.



If my memory was really good, I would remember the values for the circuit for the Bass.
