schematics for a Marshall SE100 speaker attenuator wanted

I have not been able to find schematics for a Marshall SE100 speaker attenuator, and was wondering if anyone here had it
It does appear to be different than the Marshall Powerbrake, and I'm wondering if the SE100 is better than the PB.
