Tiago Sousa wrote me from Brazil asking for the low-profile, PC Mount stereo jack that is OEM in many pedals and rack units. It turns out that Mouser p/n 16PJ509 is either the exact item or a dead ringer. I have stocked it and posted as my SKU 0626:

Mouser's Kobiconn line is their new catch-all name for a lot of this kind of hardware. If you know that a particular piece is useful for repair, do let me know. Money and space are always issues, of course, but I will do my best to keep adding items like this that are otherwise tough to find.
