Here is a little project file to show how I connect the Leds to the footswitch to minimise the switching noise.

If someone ever find it useful, or ever get some switching noise with it, and can make the circuit better, I would be interested to know. For now it seems to be working well.

...I glance-read the title and thought you were asking about...
looks like a neat little circuit, I could probably do well to use something like that in some of my boxes, now that they're all power supplied ! With The Mosfet Boost in particular, it can be hard to tell when that thing is on!!!
This could be the effecient approach to no pop LED's light indicating...I've wired some straight through the switches [1 LED on when circuit In] and didn't have popping...I know some have had pop troubles wiring LED's this way, "Luck', I *guess..
I would guess the popping gamble rate doubles when wiring Bicolor or 2x LED per effect.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

I changed the title... you were right.

Funny thing, I also had problems with the Mosfet Boost once because I didn't install any Led at first. There was a soundman who was taking care of everything, and we all had our own DI box to connect to, but when my turn came to connect my guitar to my Mosfet Boost already connected to to DI box with the volume to the minimum, no sound was coming out.

I started to play hit the footswitch a few time, thinking it could be my fault, and trying to remember when it was supposed to be ON, while the soundman was trying on his side...

I decided it would not happen to me again and installed a Led...  :D

Btw, the Led circuit can be used with only 1 Led, so I wired a few of these boards in advance, and already tested for the Led intensity that I want. I use a 5K pot first for R3 to test the Leds.
