Wiring Power and Boss Style Jacks

Okay I am having a hard time getting this power wiring straight.  To make matters worse I am using a couple of Boss style jacks and can't tell which is the ring, sleeve, etc.  I have a distinct feeling that I have something reversed.  Does anyone know which tabs on the jacks correspond to what?

You know I have found the whole power wiring the most challenging for me the NOOB.  I guess I will have to go back an reread "again" the power wiring articles on the Net.
