I built an octavia from the GGG spec, sound great (well crazy :icon_biggrin: ), on guitar, but on bass its way thin, doesn't pass enough low end through. What can I change to help get more bass? I was a little confused with the transformer, as to what the output cap was (maybe the 33uf). Is there a "Math" way of knowing what the input cap does (I think its the .1uf), so that I could know what to change it to?

Thanks!

thats common when using a pedals that sounds good on guitar, you could try making that input capacitor larger but to what i've attempted calculating, I think its allready only rolling off only the sub-audible range (as are most of the other capacitors in there)

you could try making one of these: http://www.seanm.ca/stomp/bblender.html
it allows you to mix in your clean bass signal so you retain your low end, even when using effects such as this
