Hi Guys.
I put together the following G3 project from MartyMart's schematic found in this thread:
http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=47250.0

I made the layout, then the board, and it worked right off (after I got rid of a wayward J201 - wouldn't bias below 7V).
Here's my final build:

Here's a snapshot of the project file (link follows):

The tone is AWESOME!  As always, Marty's 'ear tuned' design came out great.  Unlike the OD250 I recently built, this one is useable at all levels of gain.  I'll try to put a couple sound clips together this weekend.  I highly recommend this project...thanks Marty!!!

Hi Mike, thanks for the "heads up" :D nice layout and feel free to include the schem
along with it if you like. ( I dont think Slacker would mind ? )

I LOVE to hear that people have built a little something of mine and even better
when you really like it's sound and will use it :D

I love my little G3 and have a switched option of 2 x 3mm red LED's to ground at the back end
for a little more "grit" - works quite well

"Turn that up"

MM.

EDIT: Dont forget Brett's roll off tip, try the 15k with 1n at the end or 10k/2n2
this gets it a little brighter sounding.
