18v electric mistress NON-deluxe schematic

hi everybody,
Since most people like better the 18v non-deluxe electic mistress, i planning to build one, i find a schematic at http://www.geofex.com/, but i'm not certain if it is a deluxe or not....what do you think?

i know there's a 9 volt non-deluxe at tonepad, but overview of people give a little more headroom to the 18 volt, and since i'm a pink floyd player, i try to get the closer of gilmour sound....
